This invigorating smoothie is packed with vitamins and nutrients. Enjoy on the go or as a mid day refresher.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of spinach
- 2 cups of Orange Juice
- 1 orange
- 3 Bananas
- 1 cup of plain greek or dairy free yogurt
- 1 cup of ice
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender on smoothie setting. Pour in your favorite glass, and enjoy. To make it fun, add an orange slice for garnish, or an orange slice in the smoothie itself. There are no rules.
